TO OUR PATIENTS
Our office accepts all insurance company policies. We are members of Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Community Health Partners, Multi-Plan/PHCS, 1st Health, Humana, Medicare, Medicaide, Healthy Kids.
As a courtesy to you, our patients, we make every attempt to call your insurance carrier to verify the type of coverage you have.
From time to time we have been given incorrect information resulting in the reduction of the reimbursement we had expected.
We would like you to understand that verification of your coverage does not ultimately guarantee payment of your bill. The patient is ultimately responsible for any unpaid balance unless some other payment arrangement has been made.
We will make every attempt to ascertain all the correct information. We always suggest the patient call their insurance carrier to verify coverage as well. If you would like, we would be more than glad to provide you with the insurance verification information we collect at the time of your initial presentation so that you may call your carrier to confirm the type of coverage you have.
